Your Mission
As a Mid / Senior AI Automation Engineer at Ocean Investments, you will design, develop and deliver AI-powered solutions that transform business processes. You will own automation initiatives end-to-end, build enterprise AI solutions and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop and maintain AI-powered automations.
- Build AI Agents, agentic workflows and RAG solutions.
- Integrate enterprise platforms through APIs and automation tools.
- Develop reusable AI components and internal frameworks.
- Work with Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and other LLM platforms.
- Use Python, n8n, Make, Power Automate, MCP and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with business teams to redesign processes using AI.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Contribute to solution architecture and engineering standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of software engineering, automation or integration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Power Automate.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Azure OpenAI or Microsoft Copilot
- LangChain or similar frameworks
- Vector databases
- Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience mentoring engineers
