Your Mission
As an IT Operations Intern, you will join our Group IT team and gain hands-on experience in a real corporate IT environment.
You will work alongside experienced IT professionals, support day-to-day IT operations and gradually take on responsibilities across IT support, system administration and infrastructure.
This internship is designed as a starting point for building your career in IT, with the opportunity to develop further and grow into a long-term role within our IT Operations team.
What You'll Do
- Support colleagues with day-to-day IT requests and technical issues.
- Help configure and maintain laptops, workstations and user accounts.
- Assist with Microsoft 365, Windows and corporate IT systems.
- Support user onboarding, offboarding and access management.
- Assist with system administration, infrastructure and networking activities.
- Help troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- Participate in IT projects and improvement initiatives across the Group.
- Help automate and improve everyday IT processes.
What We're Looking For
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or another technical field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, hardware and networking.
- Strong interest in IT Operations, System Administration and Infrastructure.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication skills and a working level of English.
- Responsible, proactive and comfortable working as part of a team.
Previous professional experience is not required.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server or Active Directory.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Familiarity with Linux or macOS.
- Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Personal projects, home labs or university IT projects.
