Your Mission
As an ERP Consultant, you will be part of our Development & Core Systems team and play a key role in the continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the Ocean Investments Group.
You will combine strong ERP knowledge with a deep understanding of business processes, data and reporting to design solutions, configure the platform and drive improvements across our companies.
What You'll Do
- Own functional areas and configurations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Analyze, design and improve end-to-end business processes supported by the ERP platform.
- Translate operational needs into scalable ERP solutions and system enhancements.
- Configure and optimize Business Central functionality.
- Define functional requirements for integrations between Business Central and other systems.
- Work with ERP engineers on solution design, integrations and technical enhancements.
- Support data, reporting and analytics requirements, including Tableau.
- Coordinate testing, validation and implementation of new functionality.
- Support users in resolving complex functional issues.
- Identify opportunities for standardization, automation and process optimization across the Group.
- Maintain functional documentation and contribute to ERP standards and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Strong understanding of ERP functionality and end-to-end business processes.
- Good understanding of finance, accounting, procurement, sales, logistics or other operational processes.
- Experience configuring and improving ERP solutions.
- Ability to translate operational requirements into functional system design.
- Understanding of ERP integrations, data flows and reporting.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives from requirements through implementation.
- Good working level of English.
Nice to Have
- Business Central implementation, migration or upgrade experience.
- Tableau dashboard development and data modeling.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Platform or Power Automate.
- Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Experience working across multiple companies or business units.
