Your Mission
As an ERP Engineer, you will be part of our Development & Core Systems team and take technical ownership of the development and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the Ocean Investments Group.
A major part of your role will be connecting Business Central with other enterprise platforms, applications, data sources and reporting solutions. You will build integrations and technical solutions that allow our systems and data to work together reliably and at scale.
What You'll Do
- Develop and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Design, build and maintain integrations between Business Central and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop and consume REST APIs, web services and other integration interfaces.
- Design reliable data flows between ERP, business applications and reporting platforms.
- Develop Business Central extensions and technical enhancements using AL and Visual Studio Code.
- Work with ERP consultants to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate ERP data with Tableau and other reporting and analytics solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration, application, data and performance issues.
- Support deployments, upgrades and environment management.
- Monitor and improve the reliability and performance of ERP integrations.
- Contribute to integration architecture, technical documentation and engineering standards.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual data exchange between systems.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Strong experience with AL development, Visual Studio Code and Business Central extensions.
- Experience designing and implementing system integrations.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services and data exchange.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
- Understanding of data models, data flows and integration patterns.
- Experience working with Tableau or other BI and reporting platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take technical ownership of solutions from design through production.
- Good working level of English.

- Business Central migrations and upgrades.
- Experience with middleware or integration platforms.
